This is a convenience translation. The German version is the legally binding text.
This website is deliberately built to minimise data. It sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, scripts or media, and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services whatsoever. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place.

2. Accessing the website
This website runs on my own hardware on my own premises. No hosting provider holds the content. The site is reachable through a virtual server rented by me from IONOS SE in Berlin, Germany. That server serves solely as the endpoint of a tunnel into my network and forwards the traffic at packet level without decrypting it. In doing so, IONOS processes the data technically required to establish the connection, in particular your IP address. All processing takes place in Germany.
On my side the entire chain is configured to keep no access logs: neither the web server nor the reverse proxy in front of it. Neither your IP address nor the address requested, the time of access, your browser or the referring page is recorded. For the duration of the transmission the data is technically required so that your browser can receive the page at all; it is not stored. Any analysis of usage behaviour is therefore ruled out even after the fact, because no record exists.
3. Contact by email or telephone
If you contact me by email or telephone, the information you provide is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Commercial correspondence is subject to retention periods of six and ten years respectively under German commercial and tax law.
This website contains no contact form. For confidential messages, the PGP key
with the identifier 7B9186D2 is available.
4. Encryption
This website is served exclusively over a TLS-encrypted connection. You can
recognise this by the address bar of your browser, which begins with
https://.
5. Browser storage
If you switch the light or dark appearance manually, that choice is stored in
your browser's local storage (localStorage). This is not a cookie;
the information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to me. You can
delete it at any time through your browser settings.
6. Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data is not passed on to third parties. The only party involved is IONOS SE, named under section 2, as the operator of the tunnel server through which the connection into my network is established. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to personal data concerning you:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
